摘要
新生代乡村教师作为乡村教育发展的新生力量,不仅是新时代乡村教育事业发展的中流砥柱,更是乡土文化保护、传承的重要力量。然而,新生代乡村教师却逐渐远离乡土文化的根基,与乡村社会日益疏离,陷入乡土知识匮乏、乡土情感淡薄、公共生活式微的困境。新生代乡村教师乡土文化缺失的影响机理主要在于乡村教育之于乡土文化的隐匿、乡村教师之于乡土文化的疏离以及城乡文化沟通壁垒之于乡土文化传播的侵蚀。在统筹省级政府、师范院校、乡村学校和乡村教师多方联动的基础上,探寻乡土文化传承的教育立场、教育尺度、教育眼光、教育基础以及教育主体,以期在全面推进乡村教育振兴、促进乡土文化传承与发展的过程中达到重塑新生代乡村教师乡土文化的目的。
As a new force in the development of rural education,the new generation of rural teachers is not only the mainstay,but also an important force.However,the new generation of rural teachers has gradually moved away from the foundation of rural culture,and has become increasingly alienated from rural society.They are falling into the predicament of lack of rural knowledge,weak rural sentiment,and decline in public life.The influencing mechanism of the lack of native culture of them mainly lies in the concealment of rural education from native culture,the alienation of rural teachers from native culture,and the erosion of urban culture from native culture.On the basis of coordinating the multiple linkages of the provincial government,normal colleges,rural schools and rural teachers,the new generation of rural thachers explore the educational standpoint,educational scale,educational vision,educational foundation and educational subject of the inheritance of rural culture to promot rural revitalization and realizing rural.In the process of cultural innovation and development,the purpose of reshaping the local culture of the new generation of rural teachers is achieved.
