基于统计过程控制的板式家具封边工序修边质量调控 被引量:7

Improvement of panel edge sealing quality during trimming using statistical process control technology

摘要 基于统计过程控制(SPC)技术的板式家具封边工序修边质量的调控,目的在于可控性地提升板式家具封边时的修边质量。采用了一种基于SPC的调控方法来控制板材的修边质量。通过分析修边质量问题,以板材封边后的厚度偏差值作为修边质量的评判标准;收集板材修边厚度偏差数据,运用Minitab软件对数据进行均值-极差控制图分析,找出加工异常点,识别出了影响修边质量的关键参数;由此通过分析封边机修边系统的结构原理及机械系统,进行了关键参数调控,重新收集数据做控制图分析,没有发现异常点,并通过软件分析修边工序过程能力,比较了调控前后的修边工序过程能力。结果表明:通过SPC技术的应用使修边工序的过程能力指数从原先的0.74提升到了1.00,极大提升了修边工序的过程能力,使得板材的封边质量在可控范围内,综合提升了板材封边质量。本研究的意义在于通过SPC分析可以有效评判运行的稳定情况,及时采取措施消除异常,对封边质量的控制从事后控制转变为事前预防,解决了板材修边过程中存在的实际问题,改善修边质量,为封边质量控制提供新思路。 Sealing edge is an indispensable working procedure in the production of panel furniture.The key to enhance the overall edge sealing quality of panel is to improve the edge trimming performance.The traditional edge trimming quality control improvement depends on the edge sealing machine operator based on operators’experience,but it is difficult for the operator to judge whether the control parameters are adjusted to the optimal status for stable operation according to experience,and it cannot predict the occurrence of abnormalities.Statistical process control(SPC)is an important tool used to improve the rate of finished products and product quality in the production line.It can eliminate the special causes of process deterioration,make the process to reach the statistical controlled state,and improve the process control ability to make the process to meet the requirements of process design.The control of trimming performance of edge sealing process of panel furniture based on statistical process control is to improve the trimming quality of panel furniture.A control method based on statistical process control was used to control trimming performance of panel.Through the analysis of trimming quality issues,the thickness deviation value after the edge sealing was taken as the criterion of trimming quality;the data of edge trimming thickness deviation of the panel was collected.The Minitab software was used to analyze Xbar-R control,three abnormal points were found,and the key parameters affecting the quality of cutting edge were identified.Then,the structure principle and mechanical system of edge trimming system of the edge sealing machine were analyzed,and the key parameters were regulated.Finally,the data was collected afresh,and the Xbar-R control chart was analyzed,no abnormal machining points were found.The process ability of the trimming process was obtained using the software,and the process ability of trimming process before and after regulation was compared.The results showed that,through the application of SPC method,the process capability index of the trimming process was increased from 0.74 to 1.00,which was a great improvement of the process capability of trimming process.The edge sealing performance of the panel was controlled,and the edge sealing quality of the panel was improved.The significance of this study is to effectively judge the running stable situation through the SPC analysis,identify runtime exception trend according to the data information,take timely measures to eliminate the abnormal,solve the practical problems in the process of edge trimming,improve the quality of edge trimming,and provide a new idea for panel edge quality control for furniture production.
