银屑病发病机制相关信号通路的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 银屑病是皮肤科常见的一种疾病,以角质形成细胞异常增殖和炎症细胞浸润为特征。目前普遍认为其是一种慢性炎症性疾病,其发病机制与T细胞相关,参与其中的T细胞主要包含了辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)等,它们可分泌肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)及白介素17(IL-17)等细胞因子,进而参与银屑病的发生发展。不同的T细胞亚型通过活化相关信号通路进而促进疾病发生发展,本文对参与银屑病发生发展的T细胞及相关的信号通路展开综述。 Psoriasis is a common disease in dermatology,which is characterized by abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes and infiltration of inflammatory cells.At present,it is generally believed that the disease is a chronic inflammatory disease,and its pathogenesis is related to helper T cells.the T cells involved mainly include helper T cell 1(Th1),helper T cell 17(Th17)and so on.They can secrete cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),interferon-gamma(IFN--γ)and interleukin-17(IL-17),and then participate in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.Different T cell subtypes promote the occurrence and development of the disease by activating related signal pathways.This article reviews the T cells and related signal pathways involved in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.
