摘要
产品更新换代的加快,不仅对机械加工设备提出了质量和效率,而且提出了通用性和灵活性的要求,从而综合提高了对设备的精度和多样性要求。多功能数控机床是我公司针对这一特点要求开发的机电一体化机床,由于机床比较长,因此相应的大拖板纵向进给轴的滚珠丝杆副也比较长,其安装和调试精度是此次自主技改的关键技术之一,介绍一种利用六点自由度定位原理安装和调试有同轴度要求五米滚珠丝杆的方法。
The acceleration of product upgrading has put forward requirements not only for the quality and efficiency of machining equipment,but also for versatility and flexibility,thereby comprehensively improving the accuracy and diversity requirements for equipment.The multifunctional CNC machine tool is an electrimechanical machine tool developed by our company in response to this feature.Because the machine tool is relatively long,the corresponding ball screw pair of the longitudinal feed axis of the large carriage is also relatively long,and its installation and debugging accuracy is one of the key technologies of this independent technological transformation.Besides,a method of installing and debugging a 5 m ball screw with coaxiality requirements using the six-point freedom positioning principle was introduced.
