摘要
针对某型地铁车辆轴箱吊耳的异常断裂问题,在车辆实际运行线路进行了轴箱吊耳振动加速度和动应力测试;利用测试结果进行了时域频谱分析及传函分析,确定了轴箱吊耳结构的振动特性;进行了结构模态分析和疲劳寿命计算,表明轴箱吊耳的固有频率与轴箱传递率峰值所对应的频率范围重合,轴箱吊耳结构受到来自轴箱的振动激励,在根部处发生共振导致疲劳寿命不足而提前断裂。最后,通过对整体结构进行形貌优化,提高轴箱吊耳疲劳寿命,使其满足运营时间要求。
Aiming at the abnormal fracture problem of the axle box lifting lugs,the vibration acceleration and dynamic stress tests of the lifting lugs are carried out on the actual running line of the vehicle;analysis of time-domain spectrum and transfer function is carried out and the test results are used to determine the vibration characteristics of whole structure;the structural modal analysis and the fatigue life calculation are carried out,which indicates that the natural frequency of the lifting lug coincides with the frequency range corresponding to the peak value of the axle box transmission rate,and the lifting lug structure is excited by the vibration from the axle box,and resonance occurs at the root portion,resulting in insufficient fatigue life and early fracture.Finally,by optimizing the shape of the overall structure,the fatigue life of the lifting lugs is improved to meet the operational requirements.
