摘要
文章通过阐述人本理念的在医院中的定位,研究其在医院管理中的实践方法及运用,切实提升员工的工作热情,全身心投入工作,在工作中发挥主观能动性,形成员工尽全力为患者服务、医患融洽合作,实现战胜疾病、维护健康的良好医院服务运行环境。在医院管理中运用人本理念管理,也就是在医院中实行人性化管理,是一种针对人自身的特点,激励个体人能将自身能力发挥到极致,并影响整个团体积极运行,获得整体突出效果而实施的一种管理模式,实现以个体为中心、以人为本位,将个人生活以及工作习惯的科学管理作为医院整体运行效果而开展的医院管理工作的方法,达到运用“人本理念”的管理来促进医院管理健康运行的目的。
This paper describes the positioning of people-oriented concept in the hospital,and studies its practical methods and application in hospital management,so as to effectively enhance the staff's work enthusiasm,devote themselves to the work,play the subjective initiative in the work,and form a good hospital service operating environment in which the staff try their best to serve the patients and cooperate with the doctors and patients,so as to overcome the disease and maintain the health of the hospital.The application of humanistic management in hospital management,that is,the implementation of humanized management in hospital,is a kind of management mode aiming at the characteristics of people,encouraging individual to exert their own ability to the extreme,and influence the active operation of the whole group,and obtain overall outstanding effect,so as to realize the individual centered,people-oriented,personal life and work habits.The scientific management of the hospital as a whole operation effect of the hospital management method,to achieve the use of"peopleoriented concept"management to promote the healthy operation of hospital management.
