摘要
通过回顾现代科学技术和工业化发展,阐述测试测量技术和测试系统与工业化发展的联系,结合未来工业技术发展的趋势和方向,展望测试系统的新的形态和技术发展趋势。分析了工业4.0时代可能影响测试系统发展的技术和方向,主要包括网络技术、通信技术、人工智能、产业形态、软件技术和当前时代背景下的国产化需求。结合工业4.0时代的技术特点提出了在此工业背景影响下的复杂机电系统的自动测试系统的构建形态,给出了新形态的测试系统组成架构,介绍了系统各部分组成、原理和技术需求,提出一种特定工业化背景下的新的自动测试系统的形态和系统构建方法,供从事测试系统设计及测试技术研究的人员参考借鉴。
The development of modern technology and industrialization are reviewed,the relationship between test technology and industrialization is expounded.The technology and direction are analyzed that may affect the development of test system based on industry 4.0,these technologies mainly including network technology,communication technology,artificial intelligence,industrial form,software technology etc.The construction form of the automatic test system of the complex system is put forward.The structure of the new form of the test system is given.At the same time,the composition,principle and technical requirements of each part of the system are introduced,and a new form and system construction of the test system are proposed for people engaged in test system design.
