摘要
运用文献资料、实地调研及SWOT分析法等,对城市体育服务综合体的内部优势、自身劣势、发展机遇和挑战进行审视,提出发展策略。我国城市体育服务综合体具有多元属性、时代属性、人民属性的内部优势;存在品牌特色不足、发展布局失衡、经营运转困难的自身劣势;面临政策保障、制度创新、环境优化的机遇以及众筹融资困难、行业标准缺位、专业人才匮乏等多元挑战。结合SWOT交叉分析矩阵,提出发展策略:强化科技引领,探索品牌特色工程;发展绿色产业,厚植生态环境基础;延展辐射范围,聚合全面发展效益;细化政策标准,激活社会资本活力;坚持共享发展,提升人民幸福感与获得感。
By using the methods of literature review,field investigation and SWOT analysis,this paper examined the internal advantages,disadvantages,development opportunities and challenges of the urban sports service complex in China,and put forward the development strategies.China's urban sports service complex has internal advantages of multiple attributes,times attributes,and people attributes.It has its own disadvantages such as insufficient brand characteristics,unbalanced development layout,and difficulty operations.While it also faces the opportunities of policy guarantee,institutional innovation,and environmental optimization,and the various challenges such as difficulties in financing,lack of industry standards and professional talents.Combined with the SWOT cross analysis matrix,we put forward the development strategies as follows:We should strengthen scientific and technological guidance and explore brand-featured projects,develop green industries and build a solid foundation for the ecological environment,extend the radiation range and aggregate the overall development benefits,refine policy standards and activate the vitality of social capital,and continue to share development and enhance the people's sense of happiness and fulfillment.
