摘要
文章通过在特定的工况下对车辆的车内噪声和振动进行主客观测试,根据振动传递路径对噪声源进行分析,从振动产生机理逐级解析,并进行台架模拟测试,利用频谱分析结果找到导致传动轴振动的根本原因并提出更改方案,采用流变性更好的润滑脂以提升低温情况下轴承沟道油膜的稳定性,保证滚动体有序地转动,避免产生异常波动引起车内噪音。
This paper conducts subjective and objective tests on the vehicle noise and vibration under specific driving conditions,analyzes the noise source according to the vibration transfer path,analyzes the vibration generation mechanism step by step,find out the root cause via test bench and spectrum analysis.Provide a solution,makes the oil film in bearing groove more stable by using a new grease with better rheology performance in low temperature,and ensure the orderly rotation of the rolling elements,avoid abnormal fluctuations that may cause noise in the car.
