外磁式磁选机用于梅山铁矿2~0.5mm混合铁矿磨前预选试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on 2-0.5mm Mixed Iron Ore Preconcentration before Grinding with External Magnet Magnetic Separator in Meishan Iron Mine

摘要 梅山铁矿2~0.5mm选别系统原采用一粗一扫常规筒式磁选机进行分选,存在金属回收率低等问题,采用外磁式磁选机替代原系统一粗一扫筒式磁选机,进行了2~0.5mm混合铁矿分选试验研究。结果表明,在分选筒转速16r/min、漂洗水全开条件下,可以实现相比原系统精矿TFe回收率提高10.68个百分点,尾矿磁性铁含量从0.57%降低至0.24%,尾矿中磁性铁和赤褐铁矿形式铁总含量占比从42.88%降低至31.11%,外磁式磁选机显著提高了系统金属回收率,同时简化了流程配置。 The conventional drum magnetic separator with one roughing and one scavenging was originally used in the 2-0.5 mm separation system of Meishan Iron Mine,which had the problem of low metal recovery.The external magnetic separator was used to replace the original system with one roughing and one scavenging drum magnetic separator,and the separation test of 2-0.5 mm mixed iron ore was carried out.The results show that under the conditions of rotating speed of 16 r/min and full opening of rinsing water,the TFe recovery of concentrate can be increased by 10.68 percentage points compared with the original system,the magnetic iron content of tailings can be reduced from 0.57%to 0.24%,and the total content of magnetic iron and hematite-limonite iron in tailings can be reduced from 42.88%to 31.11%.The external magnetic separator significantly improves the metal recovery of the system and simplifies the process configuration.
