摘要
方山店坪煤矿2042巷过F7断层期间,受构造应力影响巷道前方5.0 m范围顶板出现超前破碎,导致巷道掘进后顶板破碎严重,局部出现冒落现象,易发生顶板垮落事故。针对这种情况,该矿通过技术研究,决定对巷道过断层期间采取撞楔超前支护,对巷道前方煤体进行超前维护,通过实际应用效果来看,采取超前支护后有效控制了断层区煤体破碎,取得了显著应用成效。
During the F7 fault of 2042 roadway,the roof of 5.0 m in front of roadway under the influence of structural stress is broken ahead,which leads to serious roof breakage,local caving and prone to roof collapse.Through technical research,Fangshan Dianping Coal Mine decided to take wedge advance support and maintain coal body in front of roadway.Through the practical application effect,the coal body breakage phenomenon in the fault area is effectively controlled by the advance support,and the remarkable application effect is obtained.
