摘要
针对带式输送机传统防爆自冷盘式制动装置、液压制动装置和液力制动装置性能无法满足实际生产需求的问题,提出将液黏软制动装置应用于带式输送机制动系统的思路,在研究液黏软制动装置总体构成的基础上,对其关键液压控制系统和电气控制系统进行设计,为后续验证液黏软制动装置的性能奠定基础。
In view of the problem that the performance of the traditional explosion-proof self-cooling disc brake device,hydraulic brake device and hydraulic brake device of belt conveyor can not meet the actual production demand,the idea of applying the hydraulic soft brake device to the belt conveyor mechanism dynamic system is put forward.On the basis of studying the overall composition of the hydraulic soft brake device,the key hydraulic control system and electrical control system are designed to lay a foundation for the subsequent verification of the performance of the hydraulic soft brake device.
