摘要
为不断提升当前掘进机作业时控制系统的综合性能,结合SZD800型掘进机结构特点及控制系统存在问题,开展了控制系统总体设计及关键分系统研究,并完成了系统的应用测试。测试结果表明:该控制系统整体运行良好,监控、显示、数据采集及报警等功能更加强大,在提高掘进机作业效率同时也减少了人员的劳动强度,达到了预期效果。
Improving the comprehensive performance of the current roadheader operation control system is the key task direction for enterprises.For this reason,combined with the structural characteristics of the SZD800 roadheader and the problems existing in the control system,the overall design of the control system and the key subsystems are studied,and the application test of the system is completed.The test results show that the whole control system is running well,the functions of monitoring,display,data acquisition and alarm are more powerful,which can improve the working efficiency of roadheader and reduce the labor intensity of personnel,achieve the expected effect.
