摘要
目的:探讨陕西省人群体重指数(BMI)与高血压的关系,为人群高血压在BMI超过正常水平时的防治提供相应的依据。方法:采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,对陕西省目标人群共14649人进行相关问卷的调查以及基本指标测量,比较不同水平的BMI人群高血压患病率的差异,采取Logistic回归分析,了解不同水平的BMI以及参照性别、年龄等因素与高血压发病可能的关系。结果:在陕西省14649名调查人群中,高血压患者有4067人,且在调查的人群中,当BMI水平达到超重及肥胖时,高血压的患病率出现明显的上升趋势(P<0.01),考虑年龄与性别的影响,经Logistic相关分析,不同水平下BMI与高血压仍有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:在参照性别和年龄因素的影响下,当BMI的水平达到超重及肥胖时,人群中高血压的患病率呈现明显上升趋势,因此,维持BMI的水平在正常范围是高血压防治的重要手段。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between body mass index(BMI)and hypertension in Shaanxi Province,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the population with BMI above the normal range.Methods:Using a stratified multi-stage random sampling method,a total of 14649 subjects of the target population in Shaanxi Province were surveyed with questionnaires and basic indicators.The prevalence of hypertension was compared in different levels of BMI.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the possible relationship between different levels of BMI and other factors and the incidence of hypertension.Results:Among the 14649 subjects,there were 4067 hypertension patients.When BMI reached overweight and obesity,the prevalence rate of hypertension showed a significant upward trend(P<0.01).After adjusting for age and gender,results of logistic regression analysis also showed a significant relationship between BMI and hypertension(P<0.01).Conclusions:After adjusting for age and gender,when the BMI reaches overweight and obesity,the prevalence of hypertension in the population shows a significant upward trend.Therefore,maintaining the BMI level in the normal range is an important means for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
