摘要 针对更新改造工程既有建筑物无法预埋固定悬挑型钢U形拉环、连墙杆、卸荷吊环等脚手架联结件等施工难题,提出一种后置式可复用联结件外墙悬挑脚手架施工技术,采用钢管搭设回顶架固定悬挑型钢、应用可重复使用的预制定型连墙杆件及预制定型吊环与既有结构通过螺栓锚固,对剪力墙部位预制定型三角钢架作为外脚手架基座等方法,具有结构简单、搭拆方便、便于回收、对既有建筑物破损少等特点,提高施工效率、创造良好经济效益。 Aiming at the construction problems of existing buildings in renovation project,such as unable to pre-buried fixed cantilever steel U-shaped pull ring,tie member,unloading lifting ring and other scaffold connecting parts,a construction technology of rear-mounted and reusable coupling external wall cantilever scaffold is proposed.The steel pipe back-propping is set up to fix cantilever steel,the reusable prefabricated tie member and lifting ring are used to anchor with the existing structure through bolts,and the prefabricated triangular steel frame is used to shear wall parts as the external scaffold base.The technology has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient erection and disassembly,easy recovery and less damage to existing buildings,which improves the construction efficiency and creates good economic benefits.
