摘要
【目的】丰富广东水库浮游植物区系、群落演替以及水库水质管理等方面的研究资料。【方法】显微镜下对长潭水库2010—2011年期间采集的5个样点丰水期(7月)及枯水期(12月)样品中的浮游植物进行定性鉴定和定量计数;并计算浮游植物丰度、生物量、Mcnaughton优势度值、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数等;依据Mcnaughton优势度值判断群落中的优势种,依据Shannon-Weaver多样性指数值判断水体富营养化程度。【结果】长潭水库浮游植物共检出105种(含变种),分属7门9纲18目30科55属。其中狭细贾丝藻(Jaaginema angustissimum),断裂颤藻(Oscillatoria fraca),颗粒直链藻极狭变种(Melosira granulata var.angustissima),小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和针形纤维藻(Ankistrodesmus aciculars)为丰水期、枯水期均出现的优势种;细小隐球藻(Aphanocapsa elachista),细小平裂藻(Merismopedia minima),铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa),湖沼色球藻(Chroococcus limneticus)和水华束丝藻(Aphanizomenon flos-aquae)仅为丰水期出现的优势种;史氏棒胶藻(Rhabdogloea smithii),梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana),具尾蓝隐藻(Chroomonas caudata),卵形隐藻(Cryptomonas ovata),四足十字藻(Crucigenia tetrapedia)和网状空星藻(Coelastrum reticulatum)仅为枯水期出现的优势种。浮游植物丰度、生物量及Shannon-Weaver指数范围分别为3.16×10^(6)~3.33×107 cell/L,3.14~20.95 mm^(3)/L和0.50~2.50。【结论】长潭水库浮游植物种类组成为绿-硅-蓝藻型;优势种以蓝藻为主;水库处于中营养至富营养水平,且丰水期的富营养水平高于枯水期。
【Objective】Enrich the research data of phytoplankton flora,community succession and water quality management in Guangdong reservoirs.【Method】The phytoplankton samples which were collected from five sampling sites of Changtan reservoir in the wet(July)and dry period(December)from 2010 to 2011 were identified qualitatively and counted quantitatively under microscope.The abundance,biomass,McNaughton dominance(Yi)and Shannon-Weaver diversity index(H)were calculated.Dominant species in the community and the eutrophication level of Changtan reservoir were judged by the value of Yi and H,respectively.【Result】There were 105 species including subspecies of phytoplankton in Chantan reservoir,of which belong to 7 phyla,9 classes,18 orders,30 families and 55 genera.As dominant species,Jaaginema angustissimum,Oscillatoria fraca,Melosira granulata var.angustissima,Chlorella vulgaris and Ankistrodesmus aciculars appeared in wet and dry periods.However,Aphanocapsa elachista,Merismopedia minima,Microcystis aeruginosa,Chroococcus limneticus and Aphanizomenon flos-aquae as dominant species were appeared in wet period.Rhabdogloea smithii,Cyclotella meneghiniana,Chroomonas caudata,Cryptomonas ovata,Crucigenia tetrapedia and Coelastrum reticulatum as dominant species were appeared in dry period.The range of abundance,biomass and Shannon-Weaver index were 3.16×10^(6)~3.33×10^(7) cell/L,3.14~20.95 mm^(3)/L and 0.50~2.50,respectively.【Conclusion】The species composition of phytoplankton in Changtan reservoir was Chloro-Bacillario-Cyanophyta type,among which Cyanophyta was the dominant species.The eutrophication level of Changtan reservoir was from mesotrophic to eutrophic,and the eutrophic level in the wet period was higher than that in the dry period.
