摘要
【目的】了解5 a生“泉口冰雪柚”田间条件下的光合特性,为其适地引种和高光效栽培提供理论依据。【方法】用Li-6400光合仪测定光合作用特性,并用excel 2010分析相关数据。【结果】泉口冰雪柚晴天净光合速率(Pn)日变化为双峰曲线,出现午休现象。叶片光补偿点为10~93μmol(/m^(2)s),饱和光强为1372~1776μmol(/m^(2)s),表观量子效率为0.0105~0.0530 molCO_(2)/mol photons;叶片的CO_(2)补偿点为42~92μmol/mol,饱和CO_(2)浓度为778~1136μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.0146~0.0480 mol/(m^(2)s)。【结论】“泉口冰雪柚”不同类型叶片光合特性存在差异;同种叶片在不同季节光合作用影响因子不完全相同。
【Objective】The photosynthetic characteristics of 5-year old Citrus Grandis(L.)Osbeck.‘Quankoubingxue you’in field conditions were studied to provide theoretical support for appropriate locality introduction and high photosynthetic efficiency cultivation.【Method】Li-6400 photosynthesis equipment was used to measure the photosynthetic characteristics,and the experiment data were analyzed by Excel 2010.【Result】The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of peripheral leaves in sunny days presented bi-modal carve.The light saturation(LSI)and compensation intensity(LCP)was 1372~1776μmol/(m^(2)s)and 10~93μmol/(m^(2)s)respectively.The apparent quantum efficiency(AQY)was between 0.0105 and 0.0530 molCO_(2)/mol photons.The CO_(2) compensation point(CCP)of leaves was 42~92μmol/mol and CO_(2) saturation concentration(CSC)was 778~1136μmol/mol and the carboxying efficiency was between 0.0146 and 0.0480 mol/(m^(2)s).【Conclusion】The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves varied with leaf type.To the same type of leaves,the effect factor of photosynthesis were not the same in different seasons.
