摘要
为解决传统混合动力汽车传动参数匹配率过低的问题,在明确混合动力汽车传动系统结构的基础上,设计了混合动力汽车传动参数匹配与优化方法。通过选择混合动力汽车发电机,计算混合动力汽车传动系速比,匹配混合动力汽车传动参数,采用电力辅助控制的方式,实现混合动力汽车传动参数优化。设计实例分析,结果表明,使用该设计方法的混合动力汽车传动参数匹配率最高为71%,最低为50%;对照组匹配率最高为26%,最低仅为10%,该设计方法明显高于对照组,能够解决传统混合动力汽车传动参数匹配率过低的问题。
In order to solve the problem that the transmission parameter matching rate of traditional hybrid electric vehicles is too low,on the basis of clarifying the structure of the hybrid electric vehicle transmission system,a hybrid electric vehicle transmission parameter matching and optimization method was designed.By selecting the hybrid electric vehicle generator,calculating the speed ratio of the hybrid electric vehicle transmission system,matching the transmission parameters of the hybrid electric vehicle,and adopting the method of electric auxiliary control to realize the optimization of the transmission parameters of the hybrid electric vehicle.The design case analysis shows that the matching rate of the hybrid electric vehicle transmission parameters of the design method is 71%at the highest and 50%at the lowest,while the matching ratio of the control group is 26%at the highest and only 10%at the lowest.Therefore,the design method is significantly higher than the control group.It can solve the problem of too low matching rate of transmission parameters of traditional hybrid electric vehicles.
