浅析深隧地下连续墙工艺及监督管理要点

摘要 苏州河深层排水调蓄管道系统工程挑战上海市软土地基基坑施工极限,其采用的地下连续墙围护结构深度达105 m,在国内软土地基中尚无建设先例。论文结合该工程实例,通过分析超深地墙施工难点,从地下连续墙制作的导墙、泥浆制备、成槽工艺及接头、钢筋笼制作及吊装以及混凝土浇筑等环节阐述监督管理要点,为今后深层地下空间开发的管理工作提供参考。 The Suzhou Creek deep drainage and storage pipeline system challenged the construction limit of soft-soil excavation engineering in Shanghai.This project uses a 105m underground diaphragm wall as retaining structure,which is the first attempt on the soft-ground in China.Based on this project example,this paper analyses the construction difficulties of the ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall,explains the key points of supervision and management from the manufacture of guide wall,the preparation of the slurry,the trenching process and joints,the manufacture and hoisting of the reinforcement cage,and the concreting,etc.,to provide management experiences of the deep underground space development in the future.
