摘要
为了解外源赤霉素(GA_(3))和水杨酸(SA)对棉花幼苗根系生长的影响,量化不同外源调节剂对棉花根系的调控作用,采用萌发袋试验方法,定量分析了不同浓度外源调节剂下根系形态参数的变化。结果表明,高浓度GA_(3)和较低浓度SA均可促进棉花幼苗主根生长,与CK相比,0.8mg/L GA_(3)和0.05mmol/L SA可增加幼苗主根长24.6%、33.3%;高浓度GA_(3)会降低棉花总根长、根表面积、根体积和根平均直径,而低浓度SA可通过增加总根长、根表面积和根体积促进棉花根系发育;GA_(3)可促进棉花幼苗地上部分的生长,SA则增加地下部干质量,并提高棉花根冠比。由此可知,0.05mg/L GA_(3)和0.05mmol/L SA是促进棉花幼苗根系发育和增加生物量的适宜浓度。
To study the effects of different exogenous regulating substances gibberellins(GA_(3))and salicylic acid(SA)on the root growth of cotton seedlings,and quantify the regulatory effects of different exogenous sources on the root system of cotton.Compared with CK,0.8mg/L GA_(3)and 0.05 mmol/l SA can increase the main root length of cot⁃ton seedlings by 24.6%and 33.3%.At the same time,high concentration of GA_(3)can reduce the total root length,root surface area,root volume and root average diameter of cotton,while low concentration of SA can promote cotton root development by increasing the total root length,root surface area and root volume.In addition,GA_(3)can promote the growth of aboveground parts of cotton seedlings,while SA can increase the dry weight of underground parts and in⁃crease the ratio of root to shoot.To sum up,0.05mg/L GA_(3)and 0.05mmol/L SA are the best concentrations to promote root development and increase biomass of cotton seedlings.
