摘要
设计并生产了6款铜改性聚酯纤维织物,测试并分析其断裂强力、重量损失率、弯曲长度、弯曲刚度和抗弯弹性模量.结果表明:织物的经向断裂强力大于纬向断裂强力;纬纱线密度大,则其织物断裂强力大,耐磨性好,刚性较好,柔软性较差;纬密增加,织物的断裂强力也随之增大,耐磨性越好,织物的抗弯长度、抗弯刚度、抗弯弹性模量也随之增加.
Six copper-modified polyester fiber fabrics were designed and produced,breaking strength,weight loss rate,bending length,bending stiffness and bending elastic modulus were tested and analyzed.It was believed that the warp breaking strength of the fabric was greater than that of the weft;when the weft yarn density improved,the breaking strength increased with better wear resistance,bending rigidity and poor flexibility;when the weft density increased,the breaking strength also improved,the abrasion resistance became better,and the bending length,bending rigidity and bending elastic modulus of fabric also increased.
