摘要
多巴胺是贻贝中粘附蛋白的有效成分,拥有很强的黏附性能,几乎可以黏附在任何材料表面.弱碱性条件下易发生氧化自聚合反应,在基材表面形成聚多巴胺(PDA)涂层.涂层表面包含的邻二苯醌、引哚、儿茶酚、羧基和氨基等活性基团可为基体提供二次反应平台,用于制备各种功能层.为了缩短多巴胺聚合沉积时间,提高涂层的稳定性,发展了多巴胺快速聚合沉积技术,扩大了其应用范围.综述了多巴胺的快速聚合技术的发展研究及在纺织领域的应用现状.
As an effective component of adhesion protein in mussels,dopamine has strong adhesion and can be adhered to almost any material surface.Polydopamine(PDA)coating was formed on the substrate surface under weak alkaline conditions due to oxidized self-polymerization reaction.Active groups of PDA including o-diphenylquinone,indole,catechol,carboxyl and amino groups on the surface of the coating could provide a secondary reaction platform for the substrate,which could be used to prepare various functional layers.In order to shorten the deposition time of dopamine polymerization and improve the stability of polydopamine coating,rapid polymerized deposition technique of dopamine were developed and its application fields were expanded.The development of rapid polymerization technology of dopamine and its application status in textile field were reviewed.
