自抗扰控制技术在聚丙烯造粒装置风送系统中的设计与实现

摘要 聚丙烯造粒装置是工业中重要的生产装置,而风送系统是聚丙烯造粒装置的核心,针对静电、物料湿度、温度、物料形状大小等的变化,使得风送系统经常会受到扰动,进而影响产品品质的问题,将自抗扰控制技术引入送风控制系统的设计中,并通过PLC和自抗扰控制器实现。与经典PID控制方法相比,自抗扰控制技术的应用使得风送系统压力波动减小,能更好地保证产品质量,减少了经济损失。 PP granulation plant is an important production device in industry,and air conveying system is the core of the plant.In view of changing in the static electricity,material humidity,temperature,material shape and size,so that the air conveying system will often be disturbed,and then the quality of products is affected.The active disturbance rejection control technology(ADRC)is introduced into the design of the control system and implemented by PLC.Compared with the classical PID control method,the application of ADRC technology can reduce the pressure fluctuation in air conveying system and ensure the product quality better and the economic loss of the company is reduced.
