摘要
作为马克思主义政治经济学在当代中国的重大理论与实践创新,“双循环”新发展格局蕴涵着深刻的历史、理论和实践逻辑。就其历史逻辑而言,新发展格局的构建源自“两个大局”历史交汇的时代背景;就其理论逻辑而言,可以从“生产、分配、交换、消费”四环节的政治经济学视角阐释新发展格局的内涵机理;就其实践逻辑而言,新发展格局的提出具有重要战略价值,通过加快构建国内循环体系与国外循环体系,可以提升我国经济发展的生产力、竞争力,体现社会治理能力的稳定性和持续性。“双循环”新发展格局是历史、理论与实践逻辑的统一,为中国现代化建设提供了马克思主义政治经济学的实践创新方案。
As a major theoretical and practical innovation of Marxist political economy in contemporary China,the“double cycle”new development pattern contains profound historical,theoretical logic and practical logic.As far as its historical logic is concerned,the construction of the new development pattern originates from the background of the historical intersection of“two overall situations”.As far as its theoretical logic is concerned,the connotation mechanism of the new development pattern can be explained from the perspective of the political economy of“production,distribution,exchange and consumption”.As far as its practical logic is concerned,the proposal of the new development pattern has important strategic value.By speeding up the construction of the domestic circulation system and foreign circulation system,we can enhance the productivity and competitiveness of China’s economic development,and reflect the stability and sustainability of social governance ability.The new development pattern of“double circulation”is the unity of history,theory and practice logic,which provides a practical and innovative scheme of Marxist political economy for China’s modernization.
