基于贝叶斯分类算法构建智能会话机器人

摘要 为了帮助学生有效获取选课、重修、考试等教务方面的信息,同时也为了提高学校的服务效率,减少学校日常重复咨询的次数,笔者设计开发了基于Web端和微信端的智能语音会话机器人——UNSW ChatBot。笔者基于贝叶斯分类算法,以澳大利亚新南威尔士大学(简称UNSW)校园网站中的常见问题列表页为例,详细分析了校园会话机器人的开发过程。该会话机器人能够在微信端及WEB端实现教务答疑、日常聊天、校园导航等功能,并且支持模糊查询。 The UNSW ChatBot is an intelligent voice conversation robot which can be implemented on WeChat and WEB.It is developed to effectively provide students assistance in obtaining information on teaching affairs such as course selection,retakes,examinations,etc.,which can reduce the number of repeated consultations and improve the service efficiency of the university.The UNSW ChatBot is capable of educational affairs answering,daily chat,campus navigation and other functionalities in which fuzzy query is supported.This article is based on the Bayesian classification algorithm,along with the FAQ list page on the campus website of the University of New South Wales(UNSW),Australia.In this article,the development process of the campus conversation robot is illustrated in detail.
