摘要
随着社会的快速发展,国家城市化和基础设施建设数量大幅增加,这就对建筑企业提出了更高的要求,为适应当前建筑市场的需要,建筑企业需要全面加强公司治理,保证工程质量,对人民生命财产安全负责。因此,现场管理对于建筑公司的生存和发展至关重要,本文主要讨论了现场项目管理中涉及的材料等管理要点,并提出了改善现场管理的一些建议。
With the rapid development of society,the number of national urbanization and infrastructure construction has increased significantly,which puts forward higher requirements for construction companies.In order to meet the needs of the current construction market,construction companies need to comprehensively strengthen corporate governance and ensure engineering quality,and be responsible for the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,on-site management is very important to the survival and development of construction companies.This article mainly discusses the management points of materials involved in on-site project management,and puts forward some suggestions for improving on-site management.
