体外膜肺氧合联合持续肾脏替代治疗暴发性心肌炎合并心律失常电风暴1例并文献复习 被引量:4

摘要 暴发性心肌炎(fulminant myocarditis,FM)是心肌炎最为严重的类型,起病急骤、病情进展迅速,患者很快出现血液动力学障碍以及严重的心律失常,并常伴有呼吸衰竭和肝肾衰竭,早期病死率极高^([1-3])。体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)对FM疗效好,治愈出院率为55%~66%^([4-6])。本文总结静-动脉体外膜肺氧合(veno-arteria ECMO,VA-ECMO)联合持续肾脏替代疗法(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)成功救治1例FM伴心律失常电风暴及急性肾损伤患者,报道如下。
