摘要
动车组在检修作业时需要拆装螺栓,对有扭力要求的螺栓,在使用扭力扳手紧固后,必须在螺栓和工件表面涂打防松标记。通过对动车组日常检修作业时涂打防松标记的方式进行研究,总结动车组上常见的螺栓规格,设计了一种适用范围广、方便快捷的防松标记涂打笔,并重点介绍和说明了防松标记涂打笔的结构组成和使用方法。
EMUs need to disassemble and assemble bolts during maintenance operations.For bolts with torque requirements,after tightening with a torque wrench,the bolts and workpiece surfaces must be painted with anti-loosening marks.By studying the way of applying anti-loosing marks during the daily maintenance of EMUs,summarizing the common bolt specifications on EMUs,a convenient and quick anti-loosing marking paint pen with a wide range of applications is designed.This paple will introduce and explain the structure,composition and use method of the anti-loosening marking pen.
