摘要 汽轮机运行期间,轴承异常振动会影响汽轮机运行的稳定性,极易出现安全事故,影响整机运行。发电装置是汽轮机组的关键设备。轴承异常振动多是由于汽轮机组长时间运行造成的。在汽轮机组运行期间,技术人员应当及时分析轴承振动原因,科学保养机组,降低异常振动故障率,维护汽轮机组运行安全与稳定,全面提升机组的运行效率。因此,讨论降低汽轮机轴承振动异常的技术研究及应用,以供相关人员参考。 During the operation of the steam turbine,the abnormal bearing vibration will affect the stability of the steam turbine operation,and it is very easy to cause safety accidents and affect the operation of the whole machine.The power generation device is the key equipment of the steam turbine unit.Abnormal bearing vibration is mostly caused by the long-term operation of the steam turbine unit.During the operation of the steam turbine unit,technicians should analyze the cause of bearing vibration in time,maintain the unit scientifically,reduce the failure rate of abnormal vibration,maintain the safety and stability of the steam turbine unit operation,and comprehensively improve the operating efficiency of the unit.Therefore,the technical research and application of reducing abnormal vibration of steam turbine bearings are discussed for reference by relevant personnel.
