摘要
线束是机电产品的重要内容之一,因此线束设计与路径规划对产品整体性能具有直接影响。以往线束敷设主要依靠技术人员自身经验对实物样机反复模装试验,以明确线路敷设路径信息,但此种方式存在成本高和效率低等缺陷,无法满足现代化制造要求。因此,引入虚拟技术分析线束敷设路径自动规划方法,并阐述路径规划模块开发,以期改善以往线束敷设技术情况,提高敷设路径规划效果。
As one of the important contents of electromechanical products,wiring harness design and path planning have a direct impact on the overall performance of the product.In the past,wiring harness laying mainly relied on the technicians’own experience to repeatedly mold and install the prototype to clarify the route information of the wiring.However,this method has defects such as high cost and low efficiency,and cannot meet the requirements of modern manufacturing.Therefore,virtual technology is introduced to analyze the automatic planning method of wiring harness laying path,and the development of path planning module is explained,in order to improve the technical situation of wiring harness laying in the past and improve the effect of laying path planning.
