某750 kV变电站噪声来源检测及消缺分析

摘要 某750 kV变电站运行数月后噪声变大,通过测量和分析现场噪声数据,初步判断噪声来源为电抗器外部结构件高频噪声。停电检修发现,管母线固定线夹磨损使得伸缩及减震失效,导致管母线和均压环放大产品本体振动产生异响。针对出现的问题,提出消缺和改进措施,以供后续产品设计参考。 The noise of a 750 kV substation became louder after several months of operation.Through the measurement of the noise data on the site,it was preliminarily determined that the source of the noise was the high frequency noise of the external structure of the reactor.Power outage maintenance found that the tube busbar fixing clamp was worn out,which made the expansion and damping failure,which caused the tube busbar and the grading ring to amplify the product body vibration and produce abnormal noise.The defect was eliminated and improvement measures were proposed for subsequent product design reference.
