摘要
以内蒙古荣信化工二期90万t/年甲醇精馏项目为研究对象,采用proⅡ软件对甲醇三塔顺流精馏过程和三塔逆流精馏过程进行了模拟。通过分析不同精馏过程对能耗的影响,确定了采用三塔顺流流程的方案,并在流程中设计了换热网络以降低能耗。结果表明:三塔顺流流程方案的能耗更低,结合换热网络的应用,可使吨甲醇蒸汽耗量由1.27 t降至0.9 t。同时,新流程的应用将使精甲醇收率由98.7%提高到99.2%,每年创造经济效益约2718万元。
Taking Iner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.0.9 Mt/a methanol distillation project as the research object,the concurrent multi-effect distillation process with three-column and the countercurrent multi-effect distillation process with three-column were simulated by using proⅡsimulation software.The concurrent distillation process was determined by analyzing the influence of different processes on energy consumption.And in order to reduce energy consumption,the heat exchange network was designed in the process.The resultsindicated that the concurrent multi-effect distillation process with three-column had the lower energy consumption.Combined with the application of the heat exchange network,the steam consumption per ton of methanol could be reduced from 1.27 to 0.9 t.At the same time,the application of the new process would increase the yield of refined methanol from 98.7%to 99.2%,and created an additional economic benefit of about 27.18 million yuan/a.
