摘要
维生素D是人体重要的脂溶性类固醇激素之一,与人体多个系统密切相关,其不仅能改善骨骼类疾病,还对乳腺癌的发展存在一定调控作用。研究表明维生素D可降低乳腺癌发病率和病死率。在中医理论中,因乳腺癌的病机为本虚标实,故扶正固本补肾疗法常应用于防治乳腺癌,且扶正固本补肾药也与维生素D的作用靶点存在密切的联系。故推测,中医的扶正固本补肾疗法通过调节维生素D防治乳腺癌。维生素D可能是扶正固本补肾药物防治乳腺癌的潜在靶点。
Vitamin D is one of the important fat-soluble steroid hormones in human body, which is closely related to multiple human systems. It can not only improve bone diseases, but also regulate the development of breast cancer. Studies have shown that vitamin D can reduce the incidence and mortality of breast cancer. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, because the pathogenesis of breast cancer is deficiency in root and excess in superficiality, reinforcing healthy Qi and consolidating the root and tonifying kidney therapy is often used to prevent and treat breast cancer and reinforcing healthy Qi and consolidating the root and tonifying kidney drugs are also closely related to the target of vitamin D. Therefore, it is speculated that reinforcing healthy Qi and consolidating the root and tonifying kidney therapy by regulating vitamin D prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Vitamin D may be a potential target for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
