苯乙烯及其衍生物和茚共聚物的研究

Study on styrene,its derivatives and indene copolymer

摘要 研究了共聚反应条件对苯乙烯(St)/4-甲基苯乙烯(p-MS)/茚(In)三元共聚物的性能影响。确定了较佳反应条件为:原料配比中的n(苯乙烯+4-甲基苯乙烯)/n(茚)(O/I)=1.25,n(St)∶n(p-MS)=2∶1,催化剂w(BF3·Et2O)=1.0%(相对于总物料质量而言),反应温度10℃,反应时间3 h。获得共聚物的软化点105.0℃,色号4#,重均分子量1 450,相对分子量分布1.83,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)浊点175℃,与EVA的相容性得到明显改善。 The effect of copolymerization reaction conditions on the properties of styrene(St)/4-methylstyrene(p-MS)/indene(In)terpolymer was studied. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:in the raw material ratio,n(styrene+ 4-methylstyrene)/n(indene)(O/I)=1.25,n(St)∶n(p-MS)=2∶1,catalyst w(BF3·Et2 O)=1.0%(relative to the mass of total materials),the reaction temperature was 10 ℃,and the reaction time was 3 h. The obtained copolymer had the softening point of 105.0 ℃,the color number 4#,the weight average molecular weight of 1 450,the relative molecular weight distribution of 1.83,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)cloud point of 175 ℃,and the compatibility with EVA was significantly improved.
