摘要
目的:研究不同寄主植物以及不同产地对肉苁蓉4种苯乙醇苷和可溶性多糖含量的影响。方法:分别采用HPLC法和蒽酮-硫酸法测定肉苁蓉4种苯乙醇苷和可溶性多糖含量。结果:在不同寄主植物对肉苁蓉有效成分影响的研究中,秋季采收的四翅滨藜寄生肉苁蓉中4种苯乙醇苷和可溶性多糖含量均高于梭梭寄生肉苁蓉;春季采收的四翅滨藜寄生肉苁蓉中松果菊苷、肉苁蓉苷A和毛蕊花糖苷含量高于梭梭寄生肉苁蓉,而管花苷A和可溶性多糖含量低于梭梭寄生肉苁蓉。在不同产地对肉苁蓉有效成分影响的研究中,以甘肃民勤松果菊苷和管花苷A含量最高;甘肃景泰肉苁蓉苷A和可溶性多糖含量最高;毛蕊花糖苷含量则以甘肃靖远最高。4种苯乙醇苷含量均以春季采收时最佳;春季采收的梭梭寄生肉苁蓉中可溶性多糖含量高于秋季,四翅滨藜寄生肉苁蓉则以秋季最佳。结论:不同寄主、产地及采收期肉苁蓉药材中5种有效成分含量存在较大差异,可为肉苁蓉后续的开发利用提供实验依据。
Objective:To study the effects of different host plants and different habitats on the contents of four phenylethanoid glycosides and soluble polysaccharides in Cistanche deserticola.Methods:HPLC and anthrone sulfuric acid method were used to determine the contents of four phenylethanoid glycosides and soluble polysaccharides in C.deserticola.Results:In the study of the effects of different host plants on the active components of C.deserticola,the contents of four phenylethanoid glycosides and soluble polysaccharides in C.deserticola in the host of Atriplex canescens collected in autumn were higher than those in the host of Haloxylon ammodendron;The contents of echinacoside,cistanoside A and acteosidein C.deserticola in the host of A.canescens collected in spring were higher than those in the host of H.ammodendron,while the contents of tubuloside A and soluble polysaccharide were lower than those in the host of H.ammodendron.In the study of the effects of different producing areas on the effective components of C.deserticola,the contents of echinacoside and tubuloside A in Minqin of Gansu Province were the highest;The contents of cistanche A and soluble polysaccharide in Jingtai of Gansu Province were the highest;and the content of acteoside was the highest in Jingyuan,Gansu Province.The content of four kinds of phenylethanoid glycosides was the best in spring,the content of soluble polysaccharides in C.deserticola in the host of H.ammodendron collected in spring was higher than that in autumn,while that C.deserticola in the host of A.canescens was the best in autumn.Conclusion:The contents of five active components in C.deserticola from different hosts,producting areas and harvest time are quite different,which can provide experimental basis for the further development and utilization of C.deserticola.
