摘要
研究目的:采空区通常具有隐蔽性、复杂性等特点,在采空区上修建高速铁路,采空区的稳定性和变形控制难度极大,是一个世界性难题。本文结合南宁至钦州高速铁路采空区具体工程,开展复杂采空区勘察技术、设计原则、注浆施工工艺、质量检测与验收等系统研究,从而为采空区修建高速铁路路基工程提供根本保障。研究结论:(1)推荐了适用于不同深度和地下水赋存情况的复杂采空区综合勘探方法,勘察揭示了南宁至钦州高速铁路采空区埋深20~142 m、煤层采空3~5层、采空区高压富水等分布特征;(2)推测计算地表沉陷量为0.8~1.3 m,平面最大处理宽度为264 m,数值模拟表明需要对勘察揭示的三层采空区均进行注浆处理才能满足有砟轨道高速铁路沉降控制要求;(3)为保证高速铁路路基的稳定性和变形控制,复杂采空区应采取探灌结合、试验先行、分区分带、浅层与深层注浆相结合的加固处理原则,宜采用群孔交替分序抽水和注浆对高压富水采空区进行加固施工;(4)推荐了复杂采空区在有无地下水工况的注浆加固质量检测方法和质量验收标准;(5)本文研究可为采空区高速铁路路基修建稳定性和变形控制的类似工程提供参考。
Research purposes:The goaf usually has the characteristics of concealment and complexity.To build high-speed railway on foundation of goaf,the stability and deformation control of goaf is very difficult,which is a worldwide problem.Combined with the specific project of Nanning-Qinzhou high-speed railway goaf,this paper has carried out systematic study on complex goaf’s survey technology,design principles,grouting technology,quality inspection and acceptance,which provides a fundamental guarantee for the construction of high-speed railway subgrade project on goaf foundation.Research conclusions:(1)The comprehensive exploration method of complex goaf suitable for different depth and groundwater overburden is recommended.The distribution characteristics of the goaf of Nanning-Qinzhou high speed railway,such as 20~142 m buried depth,3~5 layers of coal seam goaf,high pressure and rich water,are revealed.(2)It is speculated that the surface subsidence is 0.8~1.3 m,and the maximum plane treatment width is 264 m.The numerical simulation shows that the 3 layers goaf should be grouted to meet the settlement control requirements of high-speed railway with ballast track.(3)In order to ensure the stability and deformation control of high-speed railway subgrade,the consolidation treatment principle of combination of exploration and grouting,test first,zone division,shallow layer and deep layer grouting should be adopted in the complex goaf,and the high-pressure and rich water goaf should be reinforced by alternative pumping and grouting of group holes in sequence.(4)The quality inspection method and quality acceptance standard of grouting reinforcement in complex goaf with or without groundwater are recommended.(5)This paper can provide useful reference for similar projects of stability and deformation control of subgrade construction of high-speed railway in goaf.
