摘要
为明确国家会议中心二期项目钢支撑剪力墙的工作状态和施工质量,采用振弦式应变计和钢筋计获取受力敏感位置的钢筋应力、混凝土应力和钢支撑应力在钢支撑剪力墙施工和服役阶段的演化规律,以自动化采集单元、无线传输和云平台为技术手段实现相关数据的实时自动化采集、传输、存储和分析。结果表明:该系统可准确有效获取钢支撑剪力墙从施工到服役的全过程数据;通过定性和定量分析可验证钢支撑和钢筋混凝土的协同性,以及钢支撑剪力墙的施工质量和遇到特殊荷载变化后的状态。
In order to clarify the working status and construction quality of steel plate shear wall of China National Conference Center Phase II,a system which can realize the automation of project sensitive parameter acquisition,transmission,storage and analysis is constructed.The system includes vibrating wire strain gauge,steel bar gauge,automatic acquisition unit,wireless transmission and cloud platform etc.The results show that the system can accurately and effectively obtain the evolution law of steel plate shear wall parameters;Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,we can verify the synergy of steel brace and reinforced concrete,the construction quality of steel plate shear wall and the state evaluation after special load changes.
