预应力FRP板加固RC梁抗弯性能有限元模型可靠性评价 被引量:8

Reliability evaluation of finite element model for flexural behavior of RC beams reinforced with prestressed FRP laminates

摘要 为综合评价简化分离式位移协调有限元模型的准确性及可靠性,本文对文献中的11根预应力纤维增强复合材料(FRP)板加固钢筋混凝土梁(RC梁)以及1根钢筋混凝土梁进行有限元模拟。将模拟结果与试验结果对照,进行误差、模型适用性、可靠性以及相关性分析,从多个角度评价模型的准确性。结果表明:该模型预测的屈服荷载、极限荷载、屈服位移及刚度的数据是可靠的;在不发生FRP板剥离破坏和锚固端撕裂的情况下,模型的整体相关系数在0.95以上,发生轻微剥离破坏的构件整体相关系数在0.8以上。此外,对于各种偶然因素引起破坏的构件,宜将极限荷载和屈服位移预测值下调3%,屈服荷载和刚度预测值分别上调6%和4%,从而更接近试验真实值。 In order to comprehensively evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the simplified discrete displacement compatibility finite element model,finite element simulation of 11 reinforced concrete beams strengthened by prestressed fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)laminates and one reinforced concrete beam(RC beam)is carried out in the paper.Simulation results are compared with the experimental results on error,model applicability,reliability and correlation.The accuracy of the model is evaluated from multiple perspectives.Results show that the yielding load,ultimate load,yielding displacement and stiffness predicted by the model are reliable.The global correlation coefficient of the model is above 0.95 in normal failure mode,while the global correlation coefficient of the component with slight peeling failure is above 0.8.In addition,for components with failure caused by various occasional factors,in order to approach the test values,the predicted values of ultimate load and yielding displacement should be reduced by 3%,while the predicted values of yielding load and stiffness should be increased by 6%and 4%.
