摘要
随着5G时代的到来,传统的制造方式将发生重大变革,二维纸质作业指导书无法应对智能制造提出的数字化、可视化和高效化的需求。针对船舶行业装配焊接工艺过程的特殊性,通过对作业指导书需求的详细分析,设计并开发了一种通用的三维装配焊接作业指导书生成系统。该系统能进行装配焊接过程的三维动态模拟,实现装配焊接工艺信息的三维可视化,自带焊接工艺知识库并具有一定的推理能力;同时具有轻便、兼容性强以及操作简便等优点,进而能够方便快捷地生成针对施工现场的三维作业指导书。在此基础上,对某船厂散货船底边舱分段的装配焊接过程进行仿真模拟,验证了该系统的可行性和实用性。
With the advent of the 5 G era,the traditional manufacturing methods will undergo a huge change,and the two-dimensional paper operation instruction cannot cope with the demand for digitization,visualization and efficiency of intelligent manufacturing.In view of the particularity of the assembly welding process in the shipbuilding industry,a general three-dimensional assembly welding operation instruction generation system was designed and developed through detailed analysis of the requirements of the operation instructions.The system can carry out three-dimensional dynamic simulation of assembly welding process,realize the three-dimensional visualization of assembly welding process information,contain a welding process knowledge base and have certain reasoning ability.At the same time,it has the advantages of lightweight,strong compatibility and easy operation,which can conveniently and quickly generate three-dimensional on-site operation instructions.Based on the system,the assembly welding process of the bottom side tank of a bulk carrier of a shipyard was simulated,which verified the feasibility and practicability of the system.
