摘要
针对某弯道入流泵站进水池内不良流态的成因特点,提出了三种不同的整流方案。运用CFD技术,数值模拟不同整流方案下的进水池流态,并通过分析对比选择最佳方案。结果表明,无整流措施时,受弯道引水渠影响,流道内存在弯道环流,进水池内出现主流偏斜且存在低压漩涡区等不良流态,流道内压力与流速分布不均匀;方案3中布置了三个导流墩,可以将水流平顺分流进四个流道内,对进水池内的不良流态整流效果最好,能有效控制弯道环流、漩涡和偏流等不良流态,提升了进水池流场内的流速分布均匀度,进一步改善了水泵的进水条件。
Three different rectification schemes are put forward according to the causes characteristics of the bad flow pattern in the intake pool of pumping station with bend inflow.The CFD technology is used to simulate the flow pattern of the intake pool under different rectification schemes,and the best scheme is selected through analysis and comparison.The results show that without rectification measures,affected by the curved diversion channel,there is a bend circulation in the channel,the main stream deflects and the low-pressure vortex area exists in the inlet pool,and the distribution of pressure and velocity in the channel is not uniform.Scheme 3 sets up three diversion piers,and the water flow can be smooth tap into four flow passages,which has the best rectification effect on the adverse flow pattern in the intake pool and can effectively control the bad flow patterns such as the bend circulation,the vortex and the bias flow,and enhances the velocity distribution uniformity in the flow field of the intake pool,and further improve the water inlet conditions of the pump.
