摘要
目的研究参皂九味汤治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果。方法选取90例2018年9月—2019年8月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者,按随机数字表法可分为对照组(45例)和试验组(45例)。对照组给予米非司酮片治疗,试验组联合参皂九味汤治疗,30 d为一个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。比较治疗后2组临床疗效;治疗前后痛经评分、囊肿体积及血清HE4、EMAb、CA125水平。结果治疗后试验组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的71.11%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者痛经评分、囊肿体积及血清HE4、EMAb、CA125水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论参皂九味汤可有效减小囊肿体积,同时减轻病变严重程度,缓解子宫内膜异位症患者疼痛。
Objective To study the effect of Shenzao Jiuwei decoction on the pain of endometriosis patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 45)and the treatment group( n = 45) by random number table method. The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Shenzao Jiuwei decoction for 30 days with one course of treatment,and both groups were treated with 3 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy,dysmenorrhea score,cyst volume and serum HE4,EMAb and CA125 levels of the two groups was compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91. 11%,which was higher than 71. 11% in the control group. Compared with before treatment,dysmenorrhea score,cyst volume and serum HE4,EMAb and CA125 levels in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shenzao Jiuwei decoction can effectively reduce the size of the cyst,reduce the severity of the lesion and relieve the pain of endometriosis patients.
