摘要
目的研究麻杏石甘汤对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能及血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2019年5月收治的支原体肺炎患儿50例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和试验组(25例)。对照组予以阿奇霉素片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合麻杏石甘汤治疗。7 d为一个治疗周期,2组患儿均连续进行2个周期的治疗。观察并对比2组患儿的治疗效果,分别于治疗前后比较2组患儿的免疫功能及血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平。结果试验组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%;与治疗前相比,2组患儿治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值及血清IL-2均升高,且试验组高于对照组;而外周血CD8+百分比及血清IL-4、IL-10水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤可缓解支原体肺炎患儿的临床症状,改善其免疫功能,同时升高患儿血清IL-2水平,降低血清IL-4、IL-10水平,抑制机体炎症反应。
Objective To study the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction on serum IL-2 and IL-4 levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 25) and the treatment group( n = 25) according to the random number table method. Children in the control group were treated with azithromycin tablets,and children in the treatment group were treated with Maxing Shigan decoction on the basis of the control group. A course of treatment was 7 d,and both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups of children after treatment. The immune function and serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups of children before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was96. 00%,which was higher than 68. 00% of the control group. The ratio of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood and serum IL-2 increased in both groups after treatment,and those in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group. The percentage of CD8+ in peripheral blood and the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the control group were higher than those in the treatment group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,improve their immune function,and increase the levels of serum IL-2 in children,reduce the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10,thereby inhibiting the body’s inflammatory response.
