摘要
乡村振兴战略正在深入落实,数字中国战略也日益受到重视,探索如何实现数字技术与乡村振兴的有效融合成为学术界研究的重要议题。本研究引入赋能理论,构建数字技术赋能个人、组织和社区三个维度和层面的理论框架,以浙江省临安区山核桃产业数字化转型案例为研究对象,旨在深入剖析和挖掘数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴背后的运作机理,从而探索数字技术助推乡村产业振兴的模式与路径。
In recent years, the strategy of rural revitalization is being implemented in depth, and the digital China strategy has also aroused an increasing attention. Exploring how to realize the effective integration of digital technology and rural revitalization has become an important topic of academic research. This study introduces the theory of empowerment, constructs a theoretical framework of three dimensions and levels of digital technology empowerment for individuals, organizations and communities. It takes the case of digital transformation of pecan industry in Lin’an District, Zhejiang Province as the research object, aiming to deeply analyze and explore the operation mechanism behind digital technology empowerment for rural industrial revitalization, so as to explore the mode and path of digital technology boosting rural industrial revitalization.
