摘要
针对粉煤灰、矿渣粉等传统矿物掺和料资源紧缺问题,对比研究了4种常见火成岩质矿物掺和料性能及其制备的混凝土与传统粉煤灰混凝土的性能差异。结果表明:4种天然火成岩质矿物掺和料物理化学性能指标与粉煤灰相近,其活性指数表现为早期高于粉煤灰,而中后期低于粉煤灰;天然凝灰岩质和流纹岩质矿物掺和料表现出良好的碱活性抑制能力;改性剂的掺入能显著提高4种岩性火成岩质矿物掺和料各龄期活性指数和碱活性抑制能力。掺天然火成岩质矿物掺和料混凝土的抗压强度满足C40混凝土设计强度要求及300次抗冻要求;掺改性火成岩质矿物掺和料混凝土满足C40混凝土密实性标准要求及300次抗冻要求。
In view of the shortage of traditional mineral admixtures such as fly ash and slag powder,the properties of four common igneous rock mineral admixtures and the performance differences between its prepared concrete and traditional fly ash concrete were compared and studied.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the four natural igneous rock mineral admixtures are similar with that of fly ash,and their activity index is higher than that of fly ash in the early stage,but lower than that of fly ash in the middle and late stage.Natural tuff and rhyolite mineral admixtures show good inhibition ability of alkali activity.The addition of modifier can significantly improve the activity index and alkali activity inhibition ability of four kinds of igneous rock mineral admixtures during all stages.The compressive strength of concrete with natural igneous rock mineral admixture meets the design strength requirements of C40 concrete and 300 times frost resistance requirements.The concrete with modified igneous rock mineral admixture can meet the requirements of C40 concrete compactness standard and 300 times frost resistance.
