摘要
为缓解三交河煤矿11-201工作面回采期间巷道大变形、片帮及冒顶等问题,采用水力压裂切顶卸压技术对工作两巷顶板进行切顶卸压。卸压后,两帮位移量最大为142 mm,顶底板移近量最大为285 mm。相较于非压裂段,巷道两帮围岩位移量降低约45.5%,顶底板移近量降低约42.3%,说明采用水力压裂技术可以切断工作面两巷与上覆关键岩层之间的应力联系,达到卸压护巷的目的。
In order to alleviate the problems of roadway large deformation,spalling and roof fall during the mining period of the 11-201 working face in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine,hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief technology was used to cut the roof of two working roadways.After pressure relief,the maximum displacement of two sides was 142 mm,and the maximum displacement of roof and floor was 285 mm.Compared with the non fracturing section,the displacement of the surrounding rock of the two sides of the roadway is reduced by about 45.5%,and the displacement of the roof and floor is reduced by about 42.3%,which indicates that the hydraulic fracturing technology can cut off the stress connection between the two roadways and the overlying key strata,so as to achieve the purpose of pressure relief and roadway protection.
