摘要
目的探讨血清miR-126-5p和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平对急性胰腺炎患者早期目标体液疗效的评估价值。方法选取自2017年4月至2020年3月海安市人民医院收治的171例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象。所有患者均接受早期目标体液治疗,根据治疗效果将患者分为显效组(n=45)、有效组(n=65)和无效组(n=61),检测患者血清miR-126-5p、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等水平,分析血清miR-126-5p和IL-6相关性,并通过其水平评估急性胰腺炎患者早期目标体液疗效。结果3组患者miR-126-5p相对表达量分别为(2.04±0.36)、(10.22±3.34)和(25.06±4.91),3组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效组和无效组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均高于显效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无效组患者IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均高于有效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清miR-126-5p与IL-6水平呈正相关(r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论血清miR-126-5p、IL-6水平可评估急性胰腺炎早期目标体液疗效,且血清miR-126-5p及IL-6水平降低表示早期目标体液疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the value of serum miR-126-5p and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with acute pancreatitis after early target body fluid therapy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 171 patients with acute pancreatitis who were admitted from April 2017 to March 2020.All patients received early target body fluid therapy and were divided into apparent group(n=45),effective group(n=65)and ineffective group(n=61)according to the treatment effect.The serum mir-126-5p,IL-6,C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected and the correlation between serum mir-126-5p and IL-6 was analyzed,evaluate the therapeutic effect of early target body fluid therapy on acute pancreatitis.Results The relative expression levels of serum miR-126-5p in apparent group,effective group and ineffective group were(2.04±0.36),(10.22±3.34)and(25.06±4.91),respectively,and pair-wise comparison among the three groups showed statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin effective group and ineffective group were higher than those in apparent group,P<0.05.The levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin ineffective group were higher than those in effective group,P<0.05.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum miR-126-5p was positively correlated with IL-6(r=0.724,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum miR-126-5p and IL-6 levels can be used to evaluate the efficacy of early target body fluid therapy in acute pancreatitis,and the decrease of serum miR-126-5p and IL-6 levels indicates a better therapeutic effect of early target body fluids therapy.
