摘要
目的:探讨蜡样芽孢杆菌胶囊与蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法:将鹰潭市人民医院在2017年8月至2019年1月期间收治的82名婴幼儿患者进行随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组接受蒙脱石散治疗,观察组接受蜡样芽孢杆菌胶囊与蒙脱石散联合治疗。比较两组药物治疗效果、临床症状改善时间,评估药物治疗的安全性。结果:观察组药物治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床症状缓解时间和腹泻、呕吐缓解时间及大便形状恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿药物不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蜡样芽孢杆菌胶囊与蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻可以有效缓解临床症状,安全性好。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Bacillus cereus capsules combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infant autumn diarrhea.Methods:Totally 82 infantile patient admitted to Yingtan People's Hospital between August 2017 and January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group received montmorillonite powder treatment,and observation group was given Bacillus cereus capsules combined with montmorillonite powder.The drug treatment effects and improvement times of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups,and the safety of drug treatment was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of drug treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(97.56%vs 82.50%)(P<0.05).The relief times of clinical symptoms of observation group were better than those of control group,and the relief time of diarrhea,relief time of vomiting and recovery time of stool property were faster than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bacillus cereus capsules combined with montmorillonite powder has a certain efficacy in the treatment of infant autumn diarrhea,and it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and has better safety.
