摘要
针对当前领导干部安全领导力存在的问题,为解决企业的安全生产主体责任落实不实的问题,通过管理探索,提出了采取网格化管理模式实现安全管理资源的全覆盖,进一步提升企业领导干部安全领导力的工作方向。
In recent years,there have been more reports on the grid management network of fire protection,food and drug safety,but there is little discussion on grid management of petrochemical enterprises.Aiming at the current problems of safety leadership,and solving the problem of unrealistic implementation of the company′s main responsibility for safety production,it is proposed to adopt a grid management model to achieve full coverage of safety management resources and further enhance corporate leadership through management exploration.
