长庆油田套损井综合防治技术 被引量:15

Comprehensive Prevention Technology for Casing Damaged Wells in Changqing Oilfield

摘要 随着油田开发的深入,套损井逐年增多,套破段日趋复杂,常规治理工艺已不能满足治理需求,严重制约了油田长期稳产。针对该难题,研究分析了长庆油田套损井现状、成因及其对油田开发造成的危害。开展了套损井腐蚀机理以及判识技术研究,提出了先期预防技术、后期治理技术等多种措施手段。通过Z271-2井现场试验,采用“井温+噪声+涡轮流量+氧活化+温差流量”系列找漏组合测井,精确找出套损漏点位置,与工程测井曲线所测套损段吻合。后期在漏点处采用套管补贴措施治理恢复产能,目前日产油1.71 t,含水率36.9%。通过套损井综合防治技术研究,长庆油田大幅度节约了成本,取得较好的生产效果。 With the deepening of oilfield development,the number of casing damaged wells increases year by year,and the casing failure section is becoming more and more complex.The conventional process cannot meet the treatment needs,which seriously restricts the long-term stable production of oilfield.In view of this problem,the current situation,causes and harm to oilfield development of casing damaged wells in Changqing oilfield are studied and analyzed.The corrosion mechanism and identification technology of casing damaged wells are studied,various measures such as early prevention technology and late treatment technology are put forward.Through the field test of Z271-2 well,the combination logging of“well temperature+noise+turbine flow+oxygen activation+temperature difference flow”series is used to find out the location of casing loss point accurately,which is consistent with the casing loss section measured by the industrial test curve.In the later stage,the casing subsidy measures are adopted to restore production capacity at the leakage point.At present,the daily oil production is 1.71 t,and the water content is 36.9%.Through the research on comprehensive prevention and control technology of casing damaged wells,Changqing oilfield has greatly saved the cost and achieved good production results.
