摘要
为了实现瞬态响应信号采集设备的便携式设计,设计了小型化的高速数据采集电路模块。电路系统以高速模数转换芯片AD9481和高速数据缓存芯片IDT 72V263为核心构成。给出了电路的整体设计框图与主要电路的设计原理图,搭建了小型化的电路系统,并对电路的性能进行了测试分析。通过对电路的测试表明:该小型化电路系统的采样速率达到了200 MSPS,能够对响应时间在160μs以内的瞬态响应信号以5 ns的时间分辨率进行数据采集。
In order to realize the portable design of transient response signal acquisition equipment,a miniaturized high-speed data acquisition circuit module was designed.The circuit system was composed of high-speed analog-to-digital conversion chip AD9481 and high-speed data cache chip IDT 72V263.The overall design block diagram of the circuit and the design principle diagram of the main circuit were given,a miniaturized circuit system was built,and the circuit performance was tested and analyzed.The test of the circuit shows that the sampling rate of the miniaturized circuit system has reached 200 MSPS,and the transient response signal whose response time is less than 160μs can be collected with a time resolution of 5 ns.
